(1) External disturbances causing the « mu-shock » penetrate the Natural System, reaching the human beings and disrupting their functioning. These disruptions impact the Natural System, which in turn becomes distorted.

(2) A reaction from the Natural System—known as « reaction x »—acts upon the human being and their deviated trajectory, guiding it back to a perfect trajectory through a series of corrections and adjustments (3). These are generated by the Natural System and applied either directly by the system itself or indirectly through the action of « Regulators. »

This diagram thus highlights:

1- The natural interdependence between the Natural System and all its elements.

One must consider the total lack of freedom of action for all « machine-combinations »; they inevitably encounter other machine-combinations, each carrying a specific objective and the obligation to achieve it for the benefit of the Natural System.

2- The appealing concept of the « imprint » for all elements of the Natural System: the mark of their existence that they leave upon their environment. (Think, for example, of the imprint a human being might leave when falling into the snow.)

When the machine-suit malfunctions, it leaves behind in its environment the imprint of a malfunctioning, distorted element.
