On the mechanism of understanding: continued.

REMINDER:

Understanding must be considered as a mechanism, among other mechanisms of ELMs.

All combination machines are in fact TRAINS, or sequences, of MECHANISMS.

A combination machine means an association of different mechanisms based on the effects that the natural system obtains during the various evolutions of its elements on their (AB).

For the mechanism to function, it must be supplied with data or information.

For the mechanism to function PERFECTLY, it must be supplied with ACCURATE data.

The mechanism of understanding is supplied primarily by perceptions obtained through the perception mechanisms of the combination-machine.

Accurate perceptions, when the mechanism is functioning:

– perfectly, produce perfect outputs.

– imperfectly, produce erroneous outputs.

Inaccurate perceptions, when the mechanism is functioning:

– perfectly, produce erroneous outputs.

– imperfectly, produce erroneous outputs.

The outputs of the mechanisms of understanding are called KNOWLEDGE.

Knowledge extends along a scale from accurate to erroneous.

IGNORANCE refers to the DEACTIVATION of the mechanism of understanding and therefore its INCAPACITY to produce anything.

Ignorance does not appear on the scale of knowledge.

The mechanism of understanding is a fundamental and indispensable mechanism enabling the perfect functioning of combination machines.

This mechanism is multidirectional, both for the movements of the combination machine during its evolution on its (AB), and during the sleep phase for the exchange phase and until the withdrawal of the combination machine after its point B.

The mechanism of understanding allows the transport, with rigorous accuracy, of any element of the natural system from one point to another of the host system.

This mechanism allows the decomposition of everything that constitutes a PERCEIVED ELEMENT, called data or information.

All this data will be stored in memory, transported, and will allow the reconstitution of the perceived element at a later point on the segment (called FUTURE) of the host system.

This principle also serves as a means of verifying the perfect functioning of the mechanism.

For transportation to be carried out rigorously, the mechanism of understanding must absolutely function perfectly.

The activation of this mechanism is a fundamental constraint that the natural system imposes on all its elements.

The imperfect functioning of this mechanism is at the root of one of the aggravating factors in the malfunctions of combination machines (such as, for example, human « psychological problems »).
