On the mechanism of speech and the mechanism of writing.

These two mechanisms must be considered as complementary mechanisms built to assist the principle of the binomial, in the specific case of the human being, as an ULTRA SOPHISTICATED combination-machine.

This construction of the two mechanisms is absent in all basic, that is to say, unsophisticated combination-machines.

Sophistication is defined by the high quality (in terms of utility and necessity, according to the logic of the natural system) of their functions with respect to the natural system:

– the expected return upon arrival at point B (withdrawal from the natural system = DEATH) is greater than the costs of constructing and introducing the machine-combination into the host system at point A (BIRTH).

Human beings are among these ULTRA SOPHISTICATED machine-combinations.

The pair plays a determining role in the natural system’s control of the human being, but it does not prevent the loss of control of their machine during the disturbances induced by the deformability of the two entities, throughout the entire impact phase (see books 1 and 2), the stage of evolution where the human being is no longer controlled.

The information transmission circuit within the pair is no longer able to function perfectly.

The natural system has established a secondary, ACCESSORY, complementary circuit for transmitting control information from the system to the human being.

This information consists of IDEAS.

These IDEAS are constructed around words, sounds, phrases, etc.

They are introduced into the combination-machine,

either in the form of SOUNDS (speech),

or visually, in the form of signs:

this is writing.

Speech and/or writing DO NOT PASS THROUGH THE MECHANISM OF COMPREHENSION:

they GO DIRECTLY to MEMORY, which will redirect them to the relevant mechanisms to be activated.

Only the memory mechanism intervenes to redistribute control information to the other mechanisms.

IN A NATURAL SITUATION (humans have not rejected the natural system):

The ideas integrated through this mechanical communication circuit, external to the human being, will therefore act on their own within the machine-combination.

IN AN UNNATURAL SITUATION (= within the anthropocentric system: humans have rejected the natural system):

Humans will divert the mechanisms of speech and writing towards their own personal interests.
